Your ski adventure begins at 8:45 am at the Torbogen in front of Lucerne’s main station. If you’re staying in Lucerne, our friendly guide will gladly meet you right at your hotel reception for added convenience.
Together, you’ll board the 9:10 am train to Engelberg, enjoying a scenic journey through the Swiss countryside. You’ll arrive in Engelberg by 9:53 am, ready to gear up and hit the slopes!

Upon arrival in Engelberg, your instructor will guide you to the ski rental shop, where experienced staff will fit you with high-quality equipment tailored to your comfort and skill level.
Once you’re geared up, the real fun begins.
Your private ski coach will take time to assess your skills, whether it’s your very first time on skis or you’ve tried it once or twice before, and develop a personalized coaching plan to match your goals and confidence level.

You’ll then head into the charming Brunni and Gerschnialp ski areas, both renowned for their wide, gentle beginner slopes and laid-back atmosphere.
Here, you’ll learn the basics: how to handle your equipment, maintain balance, stop safely, and most importantly, how to use the ski lifts with ease.
With each turn, you’ll build confidence, and maybe even take on your first small downhill run!
Around midday, your guide will recommend cozy alpine spots for a well-deserved lunch (not included).
Afterward, you decide how to spend the rest of your afternoon: continue with more ski coaching, wander through the picturesque village of Engelberg, or enjoy other fun winter activities like sledging or zip-lining.
By the end of the day, you’ll return your rental equipment and head back to Lucerne with unforgettable memories and maybe a new favorite winter sport.
